Canyon Pet Hospital is looking for an Urgent Care veterinarian to join our family - why work all night long at an ER clinic when you can get the emergency/critical cases you want to see AND sleep in your own bed after your shift? 

Canyon Pet Hospital is a family owned, AAHA accredited, fully equipped veterinary hospital that caters to the entire Northern Arizona region. We work very hard to provide gold standard medicine to our patients and top notch customer service to our clients. We also strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for our staff. Since we are family owned, our owners and leadership team are on-site, always available to offer support, assistance, and advice whenever it is needed. 

**Our Urgent Care shifts are from 4p - 12am with ZERO on-call after midnight. We see all the emergencies and critical cases in Northern Arizona during these hours and the cases are varied and exciting! We provide an essential service to Northern Arizona and the local communities and we also provide an opportunity for excellent earning potential plus a focus on quality of life for our associates**

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine
• One to seven years of clinical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Compassion for animals and owners
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• Experience with emergency and critical care cases (preferred)
