We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to step into the role of Medical Director & Adoption Center Veterinarian. In this exciting and impactful position, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, working alongside a team of passionate, like-minded individuals to continue our vital work.
As Medical Director/Adoption Center Veterinarian, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional medical care to the animals in our adoption center. This includes diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and follow-up care, all while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and protocols. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and inspire our team of dedicated veterinarians, helping them grow and excel in their roles. With a knowledgeable support team and established protocols in place, you’ll be empowered to make a real difference every day.
Position Requirements: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution. • Active license to practice veterinary medicine in Massachusetts. • Massachusetts controlled substance license. • DEA license. • Shelter/Leadership Experience a plus!

Salary: $150,000.00 (negotiable based on experience)
