Oasis Animal Hospital and Emergency Center is looking for an Experienced Veterinary Practice Manager or Experienced Manager to help our growing hospital. Oasis Animal Hospital is a nine doctor hospital that sees general practice small animal from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and see emergency/ urgent care cases Monday through Sunday 8am to midnight. We are looking for a leader to take the roll of practice manager. We are privately owned and our owners work within the hospital on a daily basis. The right candidate will possess strong financial and human resource skills. Main responsibilities will include: accounting, economics/finance, marketing, management, labor relations, human resources, law, and taxation. Other responsibilities will include: staff (development, maintenance, computer training, communication, interaction, records, safety, benefits, payroll); accounts receivable; income reconciliation; credit policies; accounts payable; inventory; financial reporting; budgeting; purchasing; fee setting; patient medical records; medical knowledge; hospital medical logs; client service; client communication; client interaction; client grief protocol; client education; client education programs; client/patient/staff comfort; professional liaison; and community involvement.
