West Chelsea Veterinary is looking to add a Practice Manager to help support our fast-growing needs! West Chelsea is a multi-doctor hospital providing cutting-edge medicine to our patients and clients.
We are seeking a manager who will contribute strategically to our leadership team while also sharing our philosophy and culture of compassion. Your role will be to provide support to our team to grow to their full potential. In addition to maintaining strong relationships with pet owners, implement and maintain hospital procedures/guidelines, and oversee hospital services and efficiencies.

What we are looking for!
Leadership Development - You will work directly with the hospital Medical Director and have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership while influencing positive behavior and outcomes through training, development, and timely feedback in developing effective local teams.
Communication- Maintaining a recurring, disciplined rhythm of communication that maintains focus towards priorities and goals is a core responsibility in leading our team.
Strategic Growth- Championing change and best practices to establish goals and facilitate success alongside the leaders of the practice for our team members & our practice.
Client Connections- Promote, encourage, and ensure all hospital team members maintain positive relationships with clients and each other while providing the highest degree of customer service.
-Veterinary or human healthcare background is preferred however other management experience will also be considered
-Cornerstone knowledge is a plus!
-CVPM is also a plus!
