Director Veterinary Quality - Pennsylvania & New Jersey South
SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION The primary purpose and function of the Director Veterinary Quality is to ensure care delivered in market assigned hospitals meet industry and Banfield quality standards. This position partners with Vice Presidents Veterinary Quality and Area Chiefs of Staff ensuring execution of veterinary initiatives. The Director of Veterinary Quality serves as a champion for quality by communicating, demonstrating and driving a culture that is consistent with our five principles and our 6 domains (safe, effective, patient/client centered, timely, efficient, and equitable) at the market level to optimize results in improved medical care, a better client experience, increased associate engagement and better hospital performance.
