- Flexible schedule is a real bonus to many staff and helps take the pressure off. The DVM schedule is 3-1/2 days plus every other Saturday 8:30-1 pm; each DVM has a CVT and assistant,
- All appointment slots are 30 minutes,
-Great mentoring and collaboration: we have a DVM meeting every month discussing the latest and greatest current research. Everyone contributes to the discussion. This helps us get tremendous buy-in from everyone,
-Equipment: ultrasound (one DVM does abdominal ultrasounds), in-house lab, cold laser, digital whole body and dental x-ray, anesthesia monitoring and capnometer to measure CO2 levels, warming blankets,

What we are looking for in a veterinarian with a:
-Passion for veterinarian medicine,

Compensation and benefits:
-$100-$140K plus production,
-100% medical insurance,
-401K plus Safe Harbor,
-Association memberships, license fees,
-2 weeks paid time off, 7 national holidays,
-$2500 CE plus 5 days off,
